  1. go run

  2. I struggled with my weight with PCOS.  I was a normal weight, maybe even slightly under weight, until about age 18.  I went from under 8 stone up to over 13 stone within 3 years (I'm 5ft5)

My Dr. prescribed Metformin for me about a year ago, to be taken along with the usual PCOS diet (no white bread, pasta, rice and no sugar etc.) It's so hard for me to stick to the diet!  the weight is falling off slowly.  My periods are becoming more regulated now.  I hardly had periods at all and now I get one approx every 7 weeks.

I don't notice my PCOS really (other than infertility) so I can't say anything makes it worse.

It's a horrible thing to have when you're trying to conceive! I'm so sick of all the medicine, scans and blood tests!! So all of us with PCOS and trying to conceive GOOD LUCK and LOADS of :¦:-·:*'""*:·.-:¦:-·*BaBy DuSt*·-:¦:-·:*'''''*:·-:¦:-  xx
