  1. most counting systems work like this

kings queens jacks and tens count as -1 (and in some systems aces)

threes, fours, fives and sixes count as +1 (and in some systems twos)

so + 15 means that 15 more low cards  have come out than high cards.  When the shoe is that positive, you should raise your bets because your odds of winning increase tremendously

  2. it means the deck is in positive state. So it is more likely the next card out of the shoot will be valued at 10. So if the count is in the negative numbers the deck is more likely to have more smaller numbers left. Card counters use that element to help there odds in the game. No one really knows the exact number but they get better odds in the game by keeping track of how many Positive, Neutral, and Negative cards are left in the deck.

  3. It means bet big...lol.  There are more big cards in the deck and your chances of a bj or 20 on the hand are higher than normal.

  4. it means that 15 cards  MORE of a certain rank have been played than cards of a different set fo ranks, such informations is irrelevant when not coupled with how many decks are left to be dealt and doesnt neccesarrily mean you have an advantage over the casino, although most of the time a +15 running count will yeild an advantage no matter how many decks are left, there are certain rule sets where this would not be true.

Do not plan on winning money from casinos becasue you can add +1 and -1 and keep a running count
