  1. I probably run the same and eat the same amount. I'll feel uncomfortable yeah but it didn't really affect my running. Just make sure you get in more iron because you lose it when you bleed and will feel a little weak.

  3. in track, with some uniforms, its horrible. but in cross country, its not so bad. in a way, u learn to deal with it. practice i run the same mileage.

    i try to forget about it. sometimes i run better....no, really!

    drink plenty of water!

  4. I run the same amount at the same times.

  5. Run the usual unless I am really weak.  I am anemic and running doesn't help me. It actually makes it worse so I tend to bump up the protein.  

  6. I run the usual miles, and the diet would basically be the same it doesnt make a difference i dont think
