  1. Well, what I have experienced is that I was slower and I easily got tired. I have never used tampons, and I am never planning to when I have to go swim~ just don't swim at the "time of the month"! it's much more easier, just take a breath ;)

  2. i notice a slight change but nothing drastic. all i feel is a little sluggish. i usually feel better when i am swimming and after.

  3. like some said before, i feel really concious but i never really noticed a dramatic change....i guess i never thought to see if i did go slower...i do get tired easier though...

but defiantly dont just not swim...that can s***w up all your training and is a dumb excuse to not swim...

  4. never swim when u are at the"time of the month" my friend bleeded in the pool before,it is extremely embarassing!

  5. sometimes ill be a little slower but u have to push urself harder. once u finish ur workout tho i feel good for getting thru it :]

  6. Yeah, I feel slower and more self concious. During and before, I always feel that I am lagging behind and that I don't like to swim at all.
