i live in the gulf area of florida and wear board shorts and bikini top.

girl's board shorts and bikini top in warm water but in cali's cold water i wear a bathing suit w/ a wet suit

if you wear a wetsuit its allways better to wear nothing under it.  Or a bottoms if you are uncorfortable.

Bikini with board shorts and rash guard. You can go without a rash guard or shorts but you run the risk of losing your Bikini top or sometimes even the bottom lol.
