You got a lot of answers, good answers for vitamins... there is also a herb that is great for hair and that is Rosemary.  You can either make your own by adding essential oil of rosemary to your fav. shampoo or buy some springs, steep them in water and use as a conditioner.  Or you can buy rosemary shampoo from health food stores.
