ok I sound really desperate but I just realy want to know.

Does a hug mean anything. Like for a guy in his 20s if he always touches you, touches your hand , hugs you tells you how much he loves you in a joking manner and that your beautiful and that sort of things I am just not sure bacause he is older that me a lot and has a gf is he just very friendly??

it really depend on how serious is he in you. you need to find that out. if he doesn't express himself keep a physical distance. of all u need to know if this is the kind of guys who will bring you happiness. there are many guys who like to flirt around, beware.
