  1. Both are good for heart health but I have this same problem occasionally and have found a few miracle, temporary cures:

    1) The palps increase if I am dehydrated

    2) Use of a supplement called CardioWell from  Get Well Natural (Has L-argentine)

    3) Use of a supplement called Folgard - folic acid, B6, B12.

These products and generous amounts of water can knock this problem out for days.

  2. Fish oil is best for reducing the risk of heart disease and improves circulation. it can also help with the anxiety.

    Meditation also works for anxiety.

I would also suggest that you take a Calcium/ Magnesium supplement. The magnesium will help with the heart palpitations and the calcium helps your body to absorb the mag.

Your diets should be  simple natural food like fresh fruits and raw or lightly cooked veggies

Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, chocolate, soft drinks, all white flour products, sugar, food coloring, chemical additives, white rice, and stong condiments.

Restrict your diet to three meals a day.

Breakfast: have fruit, milk and a handful of nuts or seeds

Lunch: steamed veggies, wholewheat wheat tortilla and a glass of buttermilk

Dinner: Fresh Green Vegetables salad, spouts of alfalfa seeds and green gram, and cottage cheese or a glass of buttermilk

  3. Take Q10 regardless, it is VERY good for you.

Can't say much for the heart p, but for anxiety try L-Theanine.It's great.

  4. For me I have to take either magnesium, potassium, or both for heart palpitations. However, please get medical care just to make sure it isn't something serious. Lack of finances can keep you from getting into a doctor, but not going will only put you at more risk. I am not sure where you are, but in the U.S. we have indigent care clinics all over. In a medical emergency with your heart they cannot refuse to see you at the hospital. Here are some sites where you can search for a clinic if you are in the United States. If not, check into whatever programs might be available where you live.

  5. I recommend CoQHeart.  It's very effective in eliminating heart palpitations.  Many Coenzyme Q10 supplements are not easily absorbed by the body therefore not getting the full benefits.  CoQHeart has a highly bioavailable delivery system thereby getting the full benefits of the supplement.  Also contains 640 mcg of resveratrol equivalent to the amount in one glass of red wine.
