  1. I can't give you a specific meal to have but if you link to this site it will provide all the good, bad and ugly foods that both raise and lower triglyceride levels.

  2. I have been diabetic for 29 years and this is always a concern for diabetics, do not eat sweets, that raises the levels.

Eat a healthy low sugar diet, this will help.

    Breakfast

    1 cup milk

    4 oz juice

    2 starch, (toast, 4 oz. cereal, 1muffin)

    little butter if needed

coffee is free as far as calories

    Lunch

    2 starch

2-3 meats,( lunch meat or 4-5 oz ham, roast etc)

    1 fruit,fresh is best

all the veggies you want, low calories in fresh veggies

little butter, margerine if needed or 1 tsp mayo

    1 cup milk

    supper

    3 meats

2 starches, like 1 potato, 2 pc bread, or 1/2 cup pasta, etc

    1 fruit

all the veggies you can eat

    1 cup milk

    1 tsp mayo, butter

this is a really healthy diet, diabetics use this in similar quantities,it is healthy and low in sugars.

    Good luck!
