For how long do batteries in digital devices last?

For example, if my cell phone and digital camera are not used for three or four days, will the batteries still hold a charge?

  2. My Camera keeps the batteries for the same time as they stay charged from the charger, I think my rechargeable are shot.. They would last a long time with non use but get weaker.

    My current cell phone I was told to charge whenever I wanted it does not matter, I go on line with it so it needs to be charged every other day If I did not go on line it lasts a few days with very little use.

    I try to carry a car charger for my phone, The camera a spare set of batteries just in case I need them, in the case with the camera at all times .

    your cell phone might not tho if you dont turn it off.

    it likes to keep working..

    akaline batteries in your camera,

    if thats the kind you have, will be fine in 3-4 days.

    but not so well in the heat.

    rechargeables like to be used

    and drain by themselves.

    no holding power to them really.

    ..always l**k 9 volt batteries to test or to wake up.

    hahaha!
