I'm going to assume you meant 12" x 12" and not feet as you posted:  There are about 16 different grades of travetine depending on the supplier.  The stuff they sell at Home Depot and is really cheap.  12"x12" is not a popular size, most common size are 18"x18" or 24"x24".  So if your tiles are in the middle grade, you probably can get around $2-3.50/tile.

Not for much.  The market only favors those who have way too much of many many types of tile.  

You may try to sell it on EBAY.  That has worked for some people, but only if your buyer intends on picking it up.

Another option.  If it is un-used, try to return it.  You will never get what you originally paid for it though.
