For how much could i sell my 1953 Bel Air car?

From the inside i could say it loos like new.....but the paint is bad but the frame has no accidents....its as smoth as skin....

And the motor is bad....it dosnt really drive....u would have to rebuilt it.....

But if u rebuilt the motor and give it a lill paint thats all you need...its stock...100% original from the inside!

anybody interested? or how much would it be worth?

  1. From what you describe, this is a #4 or #5 car.  This is more likely a #5.

    Be very honest with yourself when appraising a car like this and you will be happier with the results.  Most people tend to rate their cars as being better than they actually are.  See the second link for an explanation of the condition codes.

    #4 - 4 door sedan  $2550

    #5 - 4 door sedan  $900

    #4 - 2 door hardtop  $5750

    #5 - 2 door hardtop  $1750

    By the way, checkout the value of a perfect #1 car.  It is no where near $100,000.  A perfect convertible is worth about $40,000.  A perfect 2 door hardtop is worth about $23,000

  3. oh my god.. when you fix them up.. Bel Air's are SO nice.. you ought to look into fixing it up yourself.. ppl have bought restored ones for upwards of 100 grand
