I'm 5'2 and 107 pounds. I'm not a very big person, but I do have a butt and hips. Anyway, a coworker was looking at my jeans and saying that I was very petite. She repeated it again and said, "Yeah, you're skinny...well, not really skinny, but petite. Should I be offended? Or am I overexaggerating. Would you be flattered or insulted if you were called petite rather than skinny? Which would you prefer?
