not on purpose, I just haven't been that hungry. I exercise for like 5-6 hours a day (i've been doing this everyday since like May). Despite this, i haven't lost any weight in like 3 weeks. I thought that the lack of calories would be enough to drop like 2 or 3 pounds. why can't I loose weight?

  1. you can't lose weight because your body is in starvation mode. it's unhealthy for you to be eating that little and exercising that much. your body understands that you're not eating enough, so it holds onto all calories for dear life.

what you're doing is extremely unhealthy. and, you say that you're not doing it on purpose, but are trying to lose weight? you make no sense.

  2. you're not losing any weight because your body thinks you're dying of hunger and is slowly and conservatively burning each and every fat cell. you're malnourished.

eat. get protein. vitamins. load up on supplements and protein and get some calories if you want your metabolism back.

  3. Can't lose weight if you don't eat enough while you work out that much...  You need to eat! Just eat the right foods...

  4. no complete opposite when you eat too little for your activity level your body thinks it is starving so it holds on too fat, when people stop eating they lose weight because there body is eating itself
