should i have

wendys, mcdonalds, burgerking, or sonic for lucnh?! what would YOU choose and what would YOU get at that place?

hmmmm.... Burger King has the 'healthiest' burgers but I don't care for their fries!

1st choice: McDonald's nugget meal

2nd choice: Burger King whopper meal

3rd choice: Wendy's- fries, nuggets, and chili!

I've been to sonic 2 or 3 times and I was bummed because I was really really disappointed each time

BK's burger is the healthiest among those four, but if you've got other choice, it'll be much better, specially if it isn't fast food. too much fast food meals may cause diabetes. be well..

If you are looking to gain weight, those are good choices.  Try sticking to their salads, Wendy's has a good Oriental type of salad.   mmmmm

I really do not eat at fast food places but Sonic has a great grilled chicken wrap and a strawberry smoothie made with yogurt cream instead of the fattening ice cream. It is really good.

i like sonic but they only have them in the south so when i travel i eat sonic. burger king makes good whopper juniors mcdonalds fish is good wendys nuggets and a frosty or that oreo frosty is good
