  1. Yes I think you could have M.E/ Chronic Fatigue Syndrome! M.E IS a recognised condition by medical professionals but these professionals often find it hard to recognise the symptoms! They are similar to a lot of other medical conditions! G.P's usually say you need to have the symptoms for at least 6 months before they will think about referring you to an M.E. Specialist. If your worried ask your G.P to refer you and keeping pushing until they do! Hope this helps. I am an M.E suffering and have been for the last 2-3 years, it took me about  a year to get a diagnosis. Am now having treatment to help!

  2. It is hard to say without knowing much else about you. But honestly, it could be depression. You'd be surprised how much this mental illness can affect you physically. I had all the same symptoms as you are describing and went and had several tests done which all came out negative. Turned out that I had depression. I never would have suspected it, I thought i had something seriously wrong with me medically.

  3. Two ideas:

    1. Go to Acupuncture sessions ( I heard that they help a LOT w/ that sort of stuff)

    2. Hire a Feng Shui consultant. Feng Shui deals with your room or your house; i.e. your habitat; your space, and how the placement of objects in that space affects your life. Perhaps, if you were to hire a consultant, they might find that the area of your house that deals with your Health is very cluttered, etc., and could tell you how to fix it to improve your Health/life

    Hope this Helps!

  4. I know a couple of people who have fibromyalgia and what you are describing sounds very much  like the symptoms they have.

Have a look on internet for some info on it and also you must go and get checked by your GP. get yourself an MOT.

Take care and hope you get sorted soon.

  5. Hard to offer much of an opinion without knowing your age, weight and gender.

If could be a food allergy, it could be anemia, it could be a thyroid problem.

  6. Ive suffered the exact same symptoms over the years, doc cant find anything wrong. im not convinced but ive seen 3 different doctors

  7. I'm not sure what you mean by ME. My friend has Lyme disease which sound like your symptoms. It could also be chronic fatigue symptom which is a real disease or chronic arthritis. Go to a Doctor and have him run some tests.

Sorry I'm Canadian and though our health care is not exactly free we can always access doctors.

  8. I can't tell you what is wrong, but I know from experience that problems when you sleep are a big factor. Some people with sleep apnea have these symptoms. But those symptoms go along with a number of different health issues from not breathing deep enough (lack of oxygen) to fibromyaglia and then some. I agree with the person above. Get a full round of testing done.

  9. Are you on the pill? I had these symptons when I was on the pill for 10 years, and as soon as I came off they disappeared.

  10. what do alt-med fantasists know about medical conditions? NOTHING is the answer to that one

yes you could have chronic fatigue syndrome or some other mental condition

ask for a referral to a psychiatrist

  11. Could be thyroid trouble, who knows?  You need to have a '2,000 mile service' and get some tests done :-) ME is another one like ADHD. They know there is something there, but not sure how it happens or what they can do about it.

  12. please get a lymes test  you have all the symptems i had 4 a year and it was lymes  good luck and feel better!

  13. Get a full blood work-up and MRI scans.

  14. Try Rhodiola Rosea (Siberian Golden Root). It's excellent for chronic tiredness and aches and pains.

I've completely gotten rid of my chronic fatigue problems by taking this.

Make sure you get the Rosea variety - health food stores or over the 'net.

Take one capsule in the morning then one after lunch until you start feeling better then you can just take one each morning from then on.
