To both of you, do you feel like a kind of hostage after married ? :)

  1. i've asked my husband and both of our answers are NO. we love each other and we have fun together.we are partners, lovers, and friends all in one. sure we fight but we also know that we married because of our love and are willing to work it out, maybe compromise if we have to but that's a marriage.we have alot of trust in each other...my husband goes out with his friends and has a couple drinks and i do not worry..i do the same and he does not worry...we never tell the other we can't do something unless we already have other plans...we are happily married no hostages here.....if you feel like a hostage or afraid that you will then maybe your partner is not the right one for you


  2. Actually yes.  My partner became complacent about our marriage, and has no interest in bringing back that spark.  So now what?

  4. No, not to that extreme.  Just because you do not think for yourself.  Now it's both of you.  It's exciting because you are with the one you love.  It's like starting life all over again.

  5. yes.. after marriage ,  we do loose a lot of  freedom.. LOL

    specially after you  had kids..

  6. sometimes cause you dont have so much freedom. but my problem is mostly TIME . but yeah sometimes i wish i was single maybe just for that night or day . it is true .

    After sixteen years of marriage we do not feel like "hostages".

    If you do, then I am sorry, if you feel that way, then maby you married the wrong man.

    Marriage should not feel like that.

    Marriage is a wonderful, beautiful instituation! Not how you feel in your marriage.

    If you feel that way, maby it is time for you to re-think your marriage.
