Question

ok me and the hubby had s*x like 4 days before i started. right now I'm on me period. its normal and all but foods taste weird and ive been a little nauseous and light headed. is there any way i could be pregnant. its too soon to take a test but i feel off. i really don't want... your preggers or yep your pregnant. i just need advise. my hubby is leaving for iraq in 2 weeks so i would like to know before hand.

Since you had s*x 4 days before you started, it is possible to still be pregnant on this period, the next one you will more than likely miss though if you are pregnant. And you can find out if you're pregnant within 24 hours of s*x, if you go to a doctor. But the symptoms of pregnancy more than likely will not appear until after 4 weeks. Calm down and either see a doctor, or wait until you can take a home pregnancy test.

Hi Stephanie,

Firstly yes you could be pregnant even though you have a period.  When I was pregnant with my daughter I had period (Although much lighter) for the first four months...

For you to have a couple of symptoms it just may show on a pregnancy test so I would do one for your own piece of mind although a blood test would be more accurate.

It could be that you conceived a month ago, but if that was impossible its too soon for you to have pregnant type symptoms and you may have caught a bug instead so go see a doctor.

although you can be pregnant and on your period I'm not to sure that you  are. you wouldn't know after 4 days. It takes about 2 weeks to know for sure. Either way thought you wouldn't be experiencing those symptoms so early in the pregnancy those usually come farther down the line of being pregnant. Since it's to soon to take a pregnancy test make a doctors appointment and I'm sure they can clear up everything for you Best Of Luck

Some women have periods while pregnant, so I would go and have a blood test done so you will know for sure. Tell Hubby thanks for serving and God Bless him while he is in Iraq and God Bless you while you stay behind.

If you are on your period then you are not pregnant.  Besides if you had s*x last week or even 2 weeks ago, you would not be having those symptoms just yet.
