For mothers of twins...or those pregnant with twins...?

I am about 6 weeks, and just starting to read up on pregnancy. I don't have an Obgyn appointment until next tuesday. But I have a few (just curious) questions:

1. When and how did you know you were expecting twins?

2. Does it feel different than being pregnant with just 1?

3. Do you gain weight sooner and start showing sooner?

4. Does having twins make the pregnancy higher risk?

5. Stupid question, but does carrying twins make you few twice as sick as having just one? LOL.

Hey I am 30 preg w/frat twins, I did not find out till I was 15 weeks that they were twins. It is different cause the nausea and tiredness is doubled.I was showing really early which kinda gave me the feeling I was with twins. All multiple pregnancies are high risk but do not fret over it. I have been worried ever since I found out. Really for no reason unless they tell you otherwise. Congrats and good luck!
