and for the first part : i dont have heard of artificial mountains ( i'm not sure but it may possible for some artificial hills but it seems impossible for mountains) according to the Britannica Student Encyclopedia, the term "generally refers to rises over 2,000 feet (610 m)!!!

  2. You need to be more specific on what mountains you are referring to. I live in the Great Smoky Mountains and they are a completely different than the Alps.

  3. I suggest Wikipedia.org and then choose a range of mountains such as the alps.  It wil give you a good idea of the flora, fauna, topography and other stuff.

The human part is simple - its usually hard to explore as remote and steep (and cold) but with helicoptors and modern equpment (like GPS) its easier.

There could be animals that we dont know about but most areas on the surface have been explored.

  4. I've visited the Brandberg Mountains in Namibia & Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa here's my answers

    Natural

Desert Elephants, Antelopes, Large Rabbits, Snakes, Baboons, Eagles to name a few

Fynbos, Welwitschia Mirabillis (prehistoric plant), Proteas

Hot in day cold at night

Dry mostly wet in rainy season

    You can at these mountains

    Possible anywhere in the world

Not at these 2 montains mentioned above.
