  1. for question 2,,,we dont need to say that,,in Glorious Quran when we read the Du'as by different Prophets and Messengers,,they all asked from Allah Allmighty directly without taking any name of Prophet preceding them.

  2. well I know many people say for example "wat-hat Muhammad" and of course this is haram.  As for saying "wennaby" and the du'a I am unsure and I think really you should ask a sheikh.  As you know, sometimes people say things because it is the norm without really knowing what it means.  For me personally I avoid anything similar to this because I think its better to play it safe.  After all, one should not take any chances with something like shirk, even if it is unintentional.

  3. "من حلف بغير الله فقد كفر"

    السؤال الثاني لست متؤكدا-المعذرة

  4. the first one isnt haram

  5. "Actions are but by intentions and every person shall be rewarded for what they intended" is a hadith of the prophet (pbuh). I, personally, wouldn't agree to saying what you mentioned in your first sentence because it just doesn't feel good and is more like swearing. However, I wouldn't think it is right. Try not to use it.

As for the other, I think it is like asking for the intercession "shafa'a" of the prophet (pbuh) which doesn't seem wrong but, again, I myself wouldn't use the expression.

    ADDITION:

We can classify this as a doubtful matter (suspicious) which the Qur'an advises us to stay away from:

049.012 O ye who believe! Avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: And spy not on each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay, ye would abhor it...But fear Allah: For Allah is Oft-Returning, Most Merciful.

Al-Qur'an, 049.012 (Al-Hujraat [The Private Apartments, The Inner Apartments])

  6. The first one: It is considered an action of Shirk because the "و" that is used is from the حروف القسم. If you use the "و" as "إتصال" then it makes no sense linguistically and will take the ruling of the former.

It's best to refrain from this action as even if you intentions it not حلف بغير الله the action itself is. It's like those who say وحياة الله but they do not intend shirk, but the action is Shirk.

    As for the second thing:

Then this is a form of Tawassul which is not permitted. It's توسل بذات النبي and it's not permissible at all.

Many of the Salaf hated that it be done and they prohibited it, from amongst them was Abu Yusuf and Muhammad ash-Shaybaanee and Aboo Haneefah and Ahmad and other than them.

Ha' Allah i want this and that

    or

uksom b nabbie i didnt say that

  8. I think it is haram to swear by the name of our beloved prophet.

  9. yes sister, avoid swearing to others than Allah (swt).

( من حلف بغير الله فقد كفر أو أشرك ) أبو داوود والترمذي بإسناد صحيح

من حلف بغير الله فليقل: "لا إله إلا الله"

  10. I think neither is Haram but you shouldnt trust me.....

I understand a few guys consider it shirk, while a few consider it ok...

I think its called Tawassul.... I dont know I am not sure...

"Many scholars recommend that we do not say "Sayyidina" Muhammad (اللهم صلى وسلم على سيدنا محمد), and say "Nabiyyina". This if for the mere reason that he is not our master, but our prophet. The only master is Allah (swt). "

Get lost wahabbi cockroach -the Prophet (sallAllahualayhi wasalaam) said " 'ana SAYYID walad Adam, wa la fakhra'

    He is Sayyidina Muhammed

اللهم صلى وسلم على سيدنا محمد
