For my children i am so worried?

My fiance dumped me when i gave birth to my twins Cody and Joshua i had already had 2 other children Benjamin and James. We both wanted 3 children and that was going right until i found out i was giving birth to twins my fiance went barmy he shouted at me and left me. He has never paid the shares for my children. My youngest are 7 (nearly 8) now and he hasn't paid anything i have been juggling 2 nursing jobs every week just to pay. I am to scared for my children's sake to ring police, he has already been locked away because he took my 9 year old away for a week until he bought him back dirty, smered in his own buisness and very zombish like.

What can i do?

Get a lawyer and take him to court. You also need full custody if you don't already have it. If he does get the boys and brings them back dirty or not taken care of report him to cps and keep a detailed file on him. You can present it to the judge and ask he have to take parenting classes and have supervised visitation till he can improve his parenting.

he sounds like a jerk to me...take him to the friend of the court...get an order for him to pay child support...this will also lay out a visitation schedule for him...if he doesnt bring the children back when he is ordered to , the police may step in and he will be charged with parental kidnapping....i had to do the same thing....chances are since he left he wont exercise his visitation anyway...but they will make him pay his support either way, or he will be put in jail....and they will take it right from his wages...

did u report him, then he took the 9 yr old away? and if not why????????????????

you need to get help in with taking care of the kids, is there nay family close by that can help you?

is there naything that you can get from the state to assist you financially? (i think this is one of these time when its needed)

as for the fiance.....you had a lucky escape there..thankfully he is one now...

is there a way you can move and apply for child support annonomously? i know you can do that here in australia. maybe if you move away it will make him realise he has to get his act together for the kids sake if he wants to see them again. if he wants to see them you could apply for supervised visits until he gets his act together.
