For my headshot, should I wear my hair straight or curly and what type of outfit should I wear?

What would an agency or casting director like better? I have dirty blonde hair with natural blonde highlights. Any ideas for an outfit as well? thanks

You should keep your hair as natural as possible, because the casting directors will expect you to look exactly like your picture when you walk in for an audition.
