Question:

For my tattoo what color should I get?

Im going to get roses and leaves (outlines only, no shading) starting on the back of my left shoulder extending to the upper arm and with grandma somewhere in the design...So what color do you think will looks nice? Im pretty tanned btw..Red, Burgundy, or Black?

  1. I would never get a tattoo.  Nothing better than clear unblemished uninked beautiful skin.  Save your money and enjoy having an innocent look.  You can always change your mind if you feel you need ink.  I would wait a few years.

  3. All of those sound good. Maybe you should ask the tattoo artist because they usually are very good at suggesting what will go good with your complexion.

  4. oooh...that would look awesome with a black outline and just a bit of burgundy shading in the flower petals for some contrast...maybe even a hint of darker red to brighten it up.  Seriously, shading does wonders to tats (I have leaves and trees tattooed on me, and they look spectacular now that they're colored in!) Consider just a bit of color.  But if you are really just wanting an outline, go black...it'll stand out the best and hold out longer, especially if you tan.  Just put some sunscreen over it when you do go in the sun, especially for the first few months to keep it bright and beautiful!
