  7. I'm from Bulgaria. For me it's named "giuvetche". It's like casserole, but with top. You can use yena casserole, too ( with top). I'll give you for one small yena casserole:

You need some sausages, 50g cottage white cheese, 1 tomato (or pure),1 roast red pepper, spices-hot pepper, slavory, nutmeg ( without salt), some butter, 1 egg.

Put first sausage, red pepper, then cheese. Sprinkle with spices.Put water until 1/3 .Put top. Roast in oven in 200oC for 30 minutes. Put egg on the top. Return in the oven.Turn off the oven. You needs 5 minutes for ready egg.

Edit: If you put some fried potatoes, it's very OK!

I mean that Americans would eat it!

  8. i'm from singapore.. my fav delicacy is chilli crab with fried buns...mmm. not sure how it's prepared, i'm sure there're many steps involved. i don't see why americans wouldn't eat it...i've seen several westerners tuck into it very happily before!

  10. I am a Chinese from Hong Kong and my favorite delicacy food from my country is braised abalone (dried abalone) with chicken & ham stock & oyster sauce - Cantonese cuisine.

I think the Americans would eat it if someone paid for the restuarant, hotels and airticket bills and invite them to try this authentic dish in Hong Kong.
