  1. Pay pal will draw from what ever credit ( or debit ) card they have on file.

  2. no bills n mail, many would say forget it. take from card on file

  3. a debit card is just  a card were you can take money from your paypal account (it is NOT a "Credit" card) you will

    NOT see a bill)

so if you say you have 100 dollars in paypal if you use

the debit card to buy something for under 100 then paypal

will deduct that amount you bought now if you had $100.00

and you bought something for say 150,00

then paypal would first take out the 100 and then if you have backup funding (with your bank or another credit card)

paypal would then take that $50 from the backup account

a word of warning be very careful if you have backup funding

attached to your checking account as if say your checking account has say 50.00 and you pay something with your paypal card and it cost 75.00 -your bank will

allow that transaction to go though -even then charge you

    a overdraft fees)

  4. If you used a debit card (draws from checking account) and you gave the card number it will charge the card. If you only provided a street address your transaction will be voided. Pay Pal does not send bills. All payments must be by electronic transfer. If you need to correct - edit your information. A word of caution - Scammers send false information claiming to be from Pay Pal claiming something wrong with your account. Ignore them. Contact Pay Pal directly if you have questions.
