Do u no the mission when u have to kill the blue dragon haw do u kill it?

He can shoot out little spines at you and shoot a spike through you and grab you. Stay on the rock you started on and shoot arrows at his face.Use The art of inferno ninpo is able to attack him when he's underwater so use it You have to shoot him alot Also, in the water are  

fish that will latch onto you but you can kill them for health if you need to. You might as well use all your Ninpo because there is a chest coming up with red essence.
