For people who had headgear

Question

While having braces, after having headgear do you typically wear rubber bands?

Ok, I am not at rubber bands yet, but my siblings did, and my orthodontist said that I would, But it depends on what the braces are for. Like if you have to move your teeth to where they set on top of each other, then you need rubber bands :)

I did for a while then after that it was done.  Wasn't that bad of a process.  It helped but now that its been maybe 5 years I can feel my mouth going back to the way it was.
