For people who live in Ontario please?

I live in Ontario, and I have OHIP but I don't have any health benefits (yet). I think I need a phychologist for anxiety, do I have to pay for it?

Yes, you do have to pay for it. I don't know how else I can help you, but I had to pay a psychologist for helping me out with my anxiety, anger, and depression. I just decided to go and see a counsellor, because I didn't have to pay a dime (provided that it is not a private practice).

I know it's not much help, but that's all that I can really say. I hope you feel better soon, anxiety problems are terrilbe.
