    Je suis arrivée à la mer.

    Tout le monde est sympa ici.

    the verb arriver is one of the vandertramp verbs, so it MUST be JE SUIS ARRIVEE/E in the past.

    and tout le monde is singular, so it is tout le monde EST GENTIL.

    my answer says arrive.

    and it must be arrive. otherwise it would be I went to the beach.

    which is not what the text asks for.
