For people who take seroquel how long does it take for you to fall asleep on it? What dosage do you take too?

For me it takes 20 - 30 minuets to fall asleep, I take 600mg split into 3 doses daily, I don't get mean but I learnt if I have alcohol with it I get angry so I don't drink anymore.

OMG, crazy medication, man.

I was on 200mg of Seroquel.

That's what they started me off at.

Crazy, huh?

My gosh.

Well, anyway, aha, hmmm... Yeah, I would fall dead asleep like 30 minutes after. And if I ate something right away I'd usually fall asleep right away.

But I am off Seroquel.

It was like making me mad and like it didn't do it for me. I felt like I was being too mean.

And thar's not what I wanted.

An hour or two and it varied by day with no difference by dose.  Eating after usually knocked me out around an hour.  I've taken 75-150mg.  No meanness. ;)

I take 25-50 depending on how tired I am and it takes a little over an hour for me to start feeling it.
