For people who watch Friends?

i love the show friends, and one of my favorite things about it is Rachel's job!!!(not the waitress in the earlier seasons, but her fashion job in Ralph Lauren in the later seasons)

what i'm asking is, does anyone know who much that job pays in real life??

i love fashion and the main reason's why i watch it was for the scenes that rachel has in her job!

on the show it was implied that she made more because

real estate is so high in NY (rent) and her clothes were

new and expensive etc. so yeah, she was making 6 figures

(even though her family was loaded so maybe thats

where she got the $ for clothes!?)
