  1. I take some vitamins... the B-vitamins give me a boost of energy.

  2. I have not found anything other than plain old caffeine that will

give me a boost, with little or no side effects when I am tired.

I do take precautions: I don't do it more than one day in three,

I don't have heart troubles, and I don't use more than one cup

of coffee or tea a day.

Exercise can really help your energy levels. Just a walk a

day can really rev you up. Or mild weight lifting. Or both.

  3. I have chronic fatigue with my Multiple Sclerosis and this has been a really problem. I'm very sensitive to medications so the only one I ended up with from my neurologist was Provigil. I did fine on it for while but then it seemed to lose it's punch. He didn't want to increase it due to my history with medications as well as the other meds I take. I didn't have any side effects with Provigil (which is really rare for me). Now, I don't take anything. Either it's too much or it doesn't work with my other meds. So, I bascially havve fatigue all the time and it can be crippling and annoying.
