For piano players.minor scales?

im learning and everyone adviced me, to learn the major and minor scales. i already learned the major ones,.. but there are too many minors.

all i find is melodic minor, pentatonic minor, harmonic minor, bebop minor.

whic one is the "standard minor" everyone talks about?

Melodic and Harmonic minors are the standard ones usually learnt first on piano. And key-wise its usually harmonic.

My advice is to just learn harmonics (Same on the way up as down) first. Unless your learning Jazz piano.

melodic and harmonic are the usuals.

stick with them, maybe ask our teacher to give you certain scales for your grade.
