  1. I am a CMA

No you can not swim cap or not.. Unless you want to end up having tubes put in your ears

  2. i think that would work, but my brother got a lot of water in his ear recently falling off our boat tubing, and his doctor said he couldn't swim, and when we were on vacation, he used ear plugs, and he said they didn't really work at all, but with the head cap, i think it should work.

    p.s. im not a professional

  3. You know, you can't be so sure of our answers. You won't even know if we're professionals. Why won't you go to your doctor again and ask him instead. In that way, it'll be safe for you to take a swim if he will says so.

  4. One would have to question your intelligence for a few reasons here:

    a. Posting a health question in a computer programming and design forum.

    b. Taking strangers unqualified advice over the advice of a doctor.

    c. Risking permanent damage to your ears.

You are 13 years old. How old do you think you'll live to be? Don't you think you'll need good ears for sometime to come? 9 months is noting compared to the rest of your life.

  5. First, why consult a doctor if you only had to break the advice. Nonetheless, it maybe an exaggerated if I tell you not to swim because of that. You know yourself well than anyone here, so if you think it's gonna be ok, so be it.

    cheers

  6. it's ok.

  7. Yes, I think that it would be perfectly fine to swimming as long as you keep the cap and earplugs on securely and tightly!

  8. Why did you post that here?

I should give you the an appropriate answer:

Hmm, your ear maybe have the water-virus and it's program is inflicted as well... It cannot be solved by the main section (the brain) because you have the human-antivrus which is not good because you cannot update it. I recommend you to go to the human service and have yourself repaired (go to a doctor). I wouldn't recommend you to go to the same human-service (doctor).

  9. You can again suggest the doctor

My friend is also affected by such infection but he told that doctor prescribed some medicines and he recovered in 3 months.

If u took some drops or medicines regarding the infection you may suggest the same doctor and ask about that.

    take care...bye

  10. tell your mom

  11. thats stupid ...are you really willing to risk screwin your ear up to go swimming

  12. Why is this posted in the computer programming section?

As for the question, I think it is okay to swim, also tape your dry ear plugs after you fix them in and then cover with head cap. I think it should work.

  13. You should speak with your doctor. When you get an ear infection you are not to let water get in your ear because of the fear of making it worse and it could cause more damage to your ear drum. Now I myself have had plenty of ear infection and have been told not to allow water to get into my ear until after the infection has cleared up. Even taking a shower I too had to wear ear plugs and a cap and swimming was a big no no but after treatment was over and it was all cleared up I was able to swim like I used to. If it has been almost a year I don't see why not unless when you had the infection it did alot of damage to your ear drum. If that is the case then I wouldn't risk it. But I really think you should speak with your doctor and get it checked to make sure that it is ok. Hope this helped you hun.
