Please share your stories of mothers who changed her mind, and if you ever had to return a baby to his/her mother.

Are there any AP's who feel they were "scammed" - how did that happen?

I have had to "return" a child to his mother, but only after she busted her ever living A && (for three years) to get him back.  It was sad and joyfull as she deserved getting him back.  She is now sucessfull college graduate and they are doing great!

Let me add that the child was in the system for three years, not solely with me for that entire time.

My adoptive parents thought they were scammed because they weren't told about health issues of my birth mother,

I hope you are not linking a mother changing her mind with being scammed.  A mother who changes her mind about relinquishing for adoption is not scamming the PAP.
