For sims 2 , do you know any links for downloading clothes, hair & .... without mesh ?

There are very little downloads available for hair without a mesh because without a mesh they are basically just recolours of Maxis hair and most people want new stuff to download. Clothes are a bit easier...do a search of modthesims2 using the search terms 'no mesh'. I just did and I found heaps.http://www.modthesims2.com/download.php

like i said those are  only recolors of the ecisting maxis  clothes and  hair

every   sims 2 object that needs  meshes  either  comes with them or has links to them
