  1. Candy, Cheese Whiz,

  2. It depends on the place that they are at. Iraq has really great PX'x and hadji shops so while I was there I was happy to get short cards from my family and pictures colored by my little sisters.

In Afghanastin they dont have any type of quality of life. My husband loves getting deoderant, baby wipes, hand sanitizer, movies, books, cliff bars, protein milk, dietary supplements, pictures, puzzles, gadets, toys, (like rubiks cubes) lip chap, lotions, and yes ever pretzles (you sweat and loose salt... pretzles replace salts)

A  Soldier will be happy no matter what you send him/ her but they will be much happier to take a break for mediocre food and smell somewhat fresh everyonce in a while.

  3. Lots of playboy.

And **** that makes them laugh.

  4. I've heard that because of the dry air they really appreciate lip balm and hand lotion.  I'm thinking that wet ones would come in handy as well.

  5. beef jerky, slim jims, hard candy, cookies

    Goldbond powder is valuble also.

Things they can take with them for long assignments that wont melt or go bad in two days.
