For some calls my cept p168 will shut off and restart instead of ringing. Has anyone else expeerienced this?

is your battery full when you do this?

i would back it up and try a full reset... if there is a reset button it prob involves removing the battery, holding the button and puting battery in.. and then holding power button or something of the life (you can call the company or check their site to confirm)

after doing both of these, if it still does, i'd get in contact with them and perhaps get a replacement because then it sounds like a hardware problem
