For someone that cannot sing, dance, act, play sports, and is not highly intelligent, can they rise to fame?

For someone who has no exceptional talent at ANYTHING, except maybe for being lazy, and s******g up, is there any hope for a person like that to rise to fame? Say even though the type of person I've just described seems like a NOBODY, they have a VERY interesting, and intriguing story to tell the world. Is just telling their EXTREMELY interesting life story, enough to change their mediocre life? I'm talking about myself by the way.

Sure enough!!  Take heart.  Just look at G.W. Bush.  He can't sing, dance, act, play sports, mangles the English language unmercifully and is by no means highly intelligent.  He's screwed up every business venture his daddy's buddies staked him.  He's completey destroyed Iraq and nearly wrecked Afghanistan and America.  Yet he's famous.  So hang in there.  You too can be famous despite being a total s***w up.

I would say the only person like that who can hope to succeed is, if they can get the lead part in Forest Gump 2... otherwise I don't think they have a chance.
