For something thats cheap on gas, do you think that this 150cc enduro is good for...?

I would instead get a honda rebel 250cc, yamaha vriago 250cc,  a kawasaki ninja 250cc.  If you like the sporty look the ninja 250cc is fine and cheap.  I would not recommend a motorcycle with that small of a displacement as you do not have much get up and go that can save your hide, just my opinion.    I get 80 miles per gallon with my 2005 yamaha vriago 250 cc.  I can get 50+ miles per gallon with my 1580 cc Harley so not matter how big you go you can still save over using your car.
