For spring break, farther ahead to go where its cheaper?

i have a few choices.....Panama city with is around 500-600 bucks round trip....daytona beach 200 round trip.......miami beach....220 round trip......thats the airfare for around the middle of march........Next the hotels, daytona beach has the most affordable hotels on the beach i've found some around 60 bucks that are actually on the beach, and panama city is well over 100 bucks a night on the beach.and miami is well over 100 a night on the beach........People say oh miami has a older crowd don't go there, and oh Daytona beach has a older crowd don't go there, and panama city is very expensive, and as for cancun, i don't even have a passport to go international........... so my choice is daytona beach or miami?

I've been to both and if I were to do it over again I would go to  Daytona
