For the 2008-2009 osap application, what do i do if my parents havent filed the 2007 income tax yet?

I am not sure what an osap application is, but if it is like the FAFSA, the FAFSA requests that you use estimated income information in lieu of the actual in the event that you or your parents have not yet filed their return.  If the prior year tax information is close to being accurate, the FAFSA recommends you use that at first, and then later correct the information when the return has been filed.

See if you can reach a customer service rep for that application processor and see if estimated income is ok.
