For the cfx what shouold i get .22 or .117

i no the .22 goes slower but does that really matter for hunting rabbits and birds i want more power and accuracy but plz explain what would be better for the cfx for gunting liitle critters like squrills rabbits birds with the max of 40 yards but like i said before i want the best .cal for killing them and more power

Stick with a good accurate .22 the 17 rimfire magnum is way too destructive until it gets out to 100 yds or so.

Once again,

The .22 cal. is MADE FOR HUNTING. It has MORE stopping power, even though the velocity is lower, it more than makes up for it.

Trust me if youre hunting small critters, get the .22 cal.

They are both VERY accurate.
