  1. the mere fact that you have gone to all the trouble you have is enough. you could make hotdogs and chips and it would be amazing.

    thank you my angel.

  2. you can roaste chichen   and  next  put  some flower and pies cakes  cup cake go  to aboutcooking.com or cooking .com

  3. This is a question for Cakes. I would think a roast leg of lamb with a couple of his favourite vegetables would be good. Make all his favourites. Maybe a nice sticky toffee pudding for dessert. As starter, his favourite soup, but in a smaller portion.

  4. soup

    lasagne & salad & breadrolls

    malva pudding & icecream

(you can buy it all at woolies and warm it in the microwave)

  5. For pudding: melt a slab of chocolate and beat one container of fresh cream. Fold cream into cooled chocolate. Chill in a small container. To serve make small rugby ball shapes with a table spoon, and lay some sliced mango, or paw paw on a plate with one or two kiwi slices and put the choc mousse  balls on the plate so that it all makes a lovely deco. Make the chocolate mousse the day before, and keep chilled in the fridge. Serve with a poep of cream on the side of the choc.

For the main meal you can have your roast chicken with a variation, like putting in a lemon inside for a different flavour, bakes a bit longer to accommodate the lemon flavour. Serve with potato wedges sprinkled with bbq or chili or similar.  Serve with broccoli, or green beans with a gravy or  a hollandaise sauce, or a white sauce with a few grated bits of lemon rind and parsley..  You could also go for a rack of lamb, but that makes for more input. If you are having visitors, go for a well known dish, like your roast chicken and just make some imaginary side dishes that give a good colour combination, not baked beans!

For a starter, how about a hot asparagus bundles  with a cheese mayonnaise topping.  Mix some grated cheese into mayonnaise, season with pepper or whatever you fancy, put a good dollop on top of the asparagus and bake under the grill till the cheese starts to puff up slightly, and serve with a few chives or pepper strips.

Or, you could go for a few shrimps with a curry mayonnaise and some orange slices with peppers for garnish. Or something similar.

    Good cooking, and

Happy Birthday to the General Proud.
