For the guys only - My ex texted me while on vacation... just being nice or does he miss me?

We emailed each other a little prior to his trip.. I didn't hear back from him.. but didn't think it was a big deal. This was his text:

"Sorry 4 not emailing. No internet @ hotel in Florida. Hope you are ok. Things fine here, avoided the hurricane. take good care."

I was surprised (tho happy) to hear from him when he's on vacation. Sounds only friendly... but it seems pretty out of the blue? What does this mean, if anything? He could've NOT texted if he didn't care right.. He broke up w/ me about a month ago so it was pretty recent.

Most hotels have internet hook up , well most that I know of. But the cost is very high per-hour, so I don't blame him for that.

But his reply looks something he would send to a co-worker or parent, letting him know he was safe.

Happy , but don't read to much into that text.... take care means just that.

one of two things.

He is setting up the booty call situation or he wants you back.

If he wanted you back he would tell you how he made a mistake and suck up. i dont think this is the situation.

Booty call, he will tell you what you want to hear and hit it and forgit it. or keep hitting it till he finds another girl.

My guess is hes between women.

Move on and find the right guy, don't settle for this guy.

To a girl it sounds like he's still thinking bout you during his vacation, but you see, a girl and a guy's thinking is different. To a guy it sounds like he's just telling you since he stopped email-ing to you.
