For the last 2 nights i've been having cramping. I'm 40wks and 6 days.?

It doesnt feel like contractions. They just feel like one big long cramp. When I went to the doctor on the 26th they said i was 3 cms and and that the baby and cervix were very high still. I havent lost my plug or broken my water. I only get the pain at night. So, I really dont know if i should call yet or wait.

Sounds like the onset of labor I think if it continues i would contact your doctor and let them take a look at you.
