Pushups 3x10-25

Crunches 2x20

Leg Raises 2x20 or 1x40 or 1x60 depends

Squats 3x10 Note I also run steps that works my legs also

Reverse pushups/chin ups 3x10

Dumbbell curls 1x 5 heavy then 2x 10moderate or 3-4x10

Bench Dips 3x20

Military Presses 2x10

Shoulder Shrugs 2 x 10

Deadlift 2x10-15

sumo squats 1x10

Calf raises 2x 10

Cardio from running the steps

Is this any good?

I do the routine without any rest really

If I do rest is is not longer than 1-2 mins tops

I go for none-30 sec between sets.

Also will the ladies notice the hard work?

I want to make some fan themselves when I walk past them lol.

Would you like a toned guy who does this like 3-4 times a week?

Would you workout with me?

That is my routine every other day give and take a few exercises.

  1. Crikey, I feel tired just reading it lol!  Most women like a toned man and if shes into fitness then yeah why not, although it might be a bit too much to do all at once, unless shes super fit too, good on you for looking after yourself! :)


  2. I would work out with you but if you act like an a** all because you think your hot, then no.  I like a man to be in top shape but still not be stuck on himself.

  4. That's very impressive. Being fit and in shape is good, but if you start looking like someone that could rip his shirt when he flexes, I think it looks too over the top and not good.

    That workout would be too intense for me to join.

    But I bet you'll have some ladies fanning themselves when you make an appearance soon enough.
