what did you eat in the morning?

i ate a slice of toast,and a few oreos and now im totally starving!

Couldn't eat anything else cause i didnt have the energy to eat at 4 in the morning. lol

got 3 hours and 45 mins to go

  4. Scrambled eggs and potatoes. I also had milk and "Jalebee". Yum. And a cup of tea.

    I still have about 8 hours to go. :p

  10. You must eat rich food that will keep giving you energy all day.

    We eat five to seven dates with 2% milk and some rich foods with lot of energy.like  omelett of two eggs and two toast with butter  so you don't starve in day time.

    In first few days you might feel too much but soon your body and tastes buds will adjust,

    For good health Prophet Mohammad advised to have richest meal in the morning, lunch lighter than this and dinner even lighter  so we don't gain weight sleeping with full stomach in night.   What ever we eat early morning is all digested and energy is consumed in all days work. He also advised that we must leave one third of our stomach empty for water and air.  Japanese drink ten glasses of water every day to keep hydrating all muscles and body organs which keeps all body  in good health.

    Americans and people of Middle East and South East Asia have the worst eating habits.This is why they keep growing fat.  They don't eat balance diet, eat too much faty and fried things, drink too much Coke which has lot of sugar and drink very little water.

  11. I had toast with Jam on and cold water. i tried to drink the full bottle but it was not happening. I am getting rather hungry now and feeling really tired - the first few days are the hardest.

    We're starting ours tomorrow...i just had dinner with my husband 3.5 hours ago and already hungry....

    Tomorrow eat more in the morning to keep u going, try some cereal, a slice more of toast, top it with jam or honey. have some milk or tea.  

  14. Well i ate 2 slices of bread with peanut butter n hot tea, an apple n a cup of cereal milk n water.

    In fact, i had broke my fast about 4 n half hour ago..

    I'm in Indonesia. Lol..

    So, tell me what u have for break fast later okay.

  15. Well yea eating at 4 am is almost impossible !! Thing is you would probbl enjoy staying up for Sou7our !! if you dont have anything to do next morning ! its fun staying up with friends and family watching Tv and playing aroud and talking :D you can eat and drink as much as you want and you get a lil extra time sleeping next morning :D its fun trust me :D If not you can eat "FOOL " if you are arab you must knw that :D it is amazing u dont get hungry or thirsty !!! Happy Ramadan SIS !! Enjoy TV :P

  19. last night i ate one bowl of biryani rice with haleem yummy and in the sahar i ate again a plate  of biryani rice  with two glass of milk and after that alots of water.
