  1. .... how old r u?

sometimes, your body wakes up to the designated time i think.... cause even without an alarm clock going off, i always used to wake up at the same time for no reason.. but that only happened for like a couple of days... in my life.

so i think it's just coincidence.

  2. nothing u jus wake up at a certain time you are just use 2 it.

  3. it means that ur body has become acostumed to waking up at that hour, maybe since u are anxious of wakin up at that hour your body keeps on waking at the same time

  4. It means nothing. You only notice because you brain highlights that one connection

  5. In most cases it means nothing other than that you've inadvertently programmed yourself to wake up at such an hour. Your body runs on an internal clock, your circadian rhythm,  it tells you when to wake and sleep. It's not hard to get off track however and start going to bed later or earlier and waking and sleeping at weird times. Your body will take sleep when it can get it and usually strives to maintain some sort of schedule. Daily stresses, poor diet and exercise, or lack of routine at all can make a normal sleep schedule hard to keep. Not to mention the daily distraction we impose during our scheduled bed times such as improper lighting, tv, reading, computers, ect. We refer to this as poor sleep hygiene in the sleep lab. We purposely remove these items of temptation, including clocks, from the rooms in my lab. Of course at home most rely on an alarm clock to wake, but it's best that you face it away from you so you don't fixate on the time. If you're subconsciously or consciously fixed on waking at this time, you will make it habitual. You body will begin to shift it's cycle to oblige you. The first time or two it probably struck you as odd as 4:44 sounds like it should mean something. Most of us are superstitious at heart and playing tricks on our psyche is not hard to do, h**l we often pay people to do it, illusionists, tarot, ect. You just need to work a re-establishing another pattern. More exercise earlier in the day, less caffeine, later in the day. Better lighting and warmth during your wake hours and lower to no lighting and cooler temperatures while sleeping. Your body will realign its self with time. Worse case scenario, speak with a physician in person boarded in sleep medicine.
